How do you ensure confidentiality?
As an independent consultancy we answer only to our clients. From an individual perspective, only you will determine who else benefits from the work you do with greenfields. On a practical point, all notes, test results and files relating to you are kept securely. You (and only you) may have access to any information that greenfields has about you upon request and with reasonable notice. In the event of greenfields being approached to provide an opinion on a client from a 3rd party, greenfields will decline to do so unless express and documented permission from the client has been given. From a corporate perspective, our assured confidentiality is an integral part of our Terms of Business – greenfields will discuss and sign up to appropriate additional confidentiality agreements as required by the organisation.
Why are you offering free services ? What’s the catch ?
The free initial consultation is, we believe, best practice in the service and consulting industry. Apart from that we believe you should have the opportunity to assess greenfields suitability for your needs before making a financial commitment. Similarly greenfields should have the opportunity to determine your readiness for coaching and/or the appropriateness of our services to your needs, before asking for a financial commitment. greenfields is prepared to carry the cost of this initial investment of time to ensure overall quality of service and client experience.
